Reasons we choke (and how not to!)

“Choking” is kind of an old concept, most often applied to the kicker who misses the last-second field goal, or the batter who strikes out with bases loaded. Regardless, it applies to our inability to perform when the pressure is on - even when that pressure is self-inflicted.

Today, I’ll share the reasons I think we choke as well as tips for getting ourselves back in a much more productive mindset!
